Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging included.

Must be unused and in original packaging with all accessories included.

Due to international fulfillment, returns are only accepted if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If your coffee cup arrives damaged or incorrect, please email support@fernovas.com with photos of the issue within 48 hours of delivery for a resolution.
Apparel (Printify)

Must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
